National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the NEET UG 2021 Phase 2 application form correction date till 13 October. As per the official notification, NTA is providing the last and final opportunity to the candidates to correct/ modify the earlier details. And the second stage of online application form for NEET (UG) – 2021. The decision has been taken by the officials on behalf of several requests received from the candidates.

Candidates who have applied for NEET UG 2021 Phase 1 & 2 exam are eligible to make changes in the application form. The application form is available online at the official website of NEET UG at Candidates should note that they can now make changes in the registration form or modify the details like Nationality, Gender, Category & Sub-category, Email Address in Step 1. Along with this, candidates can also revise the fields of Class 11 and 12 Phase II details.

Candidates can follow the simple steps to make any necessary changes in NEET UG 2021 application form

Step 1: Candidates need to visit the official website of NEET
Step 2: Now login using Application Number and Password.
Step 3: A pop-up link to correct NEET 2021 exam form details will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the link and it will redirect you to the new page to make the relevant changes.
Step 5: Check the details carefully and make corrections wherever required.
Step 6: Verify the details, save and finally submit the application form.
Step 7: Take a printout of the NEET correction slip for further references.
